Rustzen builds Zen Clear as a local-first macOS cleanup app. This policy explains what information is handled by the app, the Rustzen website, Rustzen Platform, and our payment provider.

Information Zen Clear Handles Locally

Zen Clear scans local development, tool, cache, and system locations from the app's configured scan scope, rules, and exclusions. Scan results, paths, sizes, cleanup previews, Restore Center records, rules, and app settings are processed on your Mac unless a feature clearly uses Rustzen Platform.

Information Sent To Rustzen Platform

License activation and status checks may send your license key, device identifier, device name, product code, app version, and related license status metadata to Rustzen Platform. We use this information to activate your license, enforce device limits, refresh subscription status, and provide support.

Payments

Checkout, payment details, subscription billing, receipts, and payment account information are processed by Creem. Rustzen receives the transaction, subscription, customer email, and license information needed to fulfill Zen Clear Pro.

Website And Support

When you visit this website or contact support, we may receive basic technical information from hosting providers and the information you choose to provide in your message. We use it to operate the site, respond to requests, and improve product reliability.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate Zen Clear, Rustzen Platform, checkout, hosting, analytics, customer support, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

Retention And Requests
