These terms govern your use of Zen Clear, the Rustzen website, and Rustzen Platform services. By using Zen Clear or purchasing Zen Clear Pro, you agree to these terms.

Zen Clear

Zen Clear helps identify development caches, build outputs, tool state, and other local files that may be reclaimable. Cleanup is preview-first: the app shows scope and risk before an action runs. The default cleanup flow moves recoverable items into Zen Clear Restore Center, not macOS Trash or direct permanent deletion. You are responsible for reviewing cleanup previews, managing Restore Center contents, and keeping backups of important data.

Zen Clear Pro

Zen Clear Pro is an annual subscription sold through Creem for $10/year and activation on up to three devices. The free version can scan, preview cleanup results, configure macOS permissions, and check for updates. Pro unlocks cleanup, Restore Center, advanced scan rules, custom rules, scheduled scans, and license activation, subject to the current product description at checkout.

License Use

You may use a valid Zen Clear Pro license for your own devices up to the device limit shown at checkout. You may not share, resell, reverse engineer, bypass, or abuse license keys, activation services, or paid features.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Zen Clear or Rustzen services for unlawful activity, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, system compromise, payment abuse, or attempts to disrupt Rustzen or third-party services.

Subscriptions And Cancellation

Subscription billing is handled by Creem. You can cancel future renewal through the checkout, subscription management flow, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past charges.

Warranty Disclaimer

Zen Clear and Rustzen services are provided as available. We work to keep cleanup behavior clear and recoverable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free results, or that every file identified by the app is safe for your specific workflow.
